Gas, change drivers, Lowell Observatory, cruise historic downtown and headed on toward Holbrook.

Picking up Safeway sandwiches and switching drivers. Still hot & windy.
Road trip mile 1000, 12:40 PM, on US 93 southbound toward Kingman, AZ. Very windy and dusty.
Road trip day 4: Henderson, Nevada to Holbrook, AZ.
We are on the road again.
Road trip mile 933: tucked into our lodging for the night in Henderson, NV. Tomorrow we visit Arizona.

Unfortunately, the attitude depicted below, in many forms, is still the reality for too many.
While the exhibits and facility are very well done, very informative, I found it extremely difficult to be here – nauseous the whole time.
